Another revive.

the fig forth is one of my preferite, please check and support www.forth.org

The techinique is the same as wozmon, but i modified the i/o routines and adapt the cr constant.

I this there are some problems remain, but it is quite stable.

at the present i've no time to complete the revive also with disk support, maybe in future.
